It’s possible that you’ve grown accustomed to your routine to the point that it’s now too simple. It’s time to shake things up if you want to get quicker or stronger, or if you just want to avoid boredom.

It’s a fact: Changing up your training routine is the best method to maintain muscle mass or burn calories, especially if your present routine has grown too comfortable. It keeps you awake at night. You’re ready to start jogging instead of walking.in, pull larger weights, or swim faster than you ever imagined possible.

Obtain ‘FITT’
Consider what you could do differently first. Use the “FITT” principle of exercise to guide you: frequency, intensity, time, and type.

How many days a week do you go to the gym?

If you’re already doing it twice a week, consider adding a third day and see how it goes.

Exercise Intensity: How hard do you work out?

Are you able to maintain your goal heart rate? This will assist you in improving your fitness. 220 minus your age is your maximal heart rate. Your desired heart rate zone is between 50% and 85% of that.

If you don’t want to perform the arithmetic, consider whether you’re pushing yourself too hard.

TIME

Ohh! What was the time when I was a child and soon we will say, what was the time when we were young. That’s true time is fleeting and what we are doing???

Now i will write all about time, that how time is fleeting? How we are wasting our time.

First we are going to discuss how we are wasting our time?

Let’s start from morning, ask yourself when you wake up on morning the answer is mostly people wake up after sunrise first we are wasting our daily two hours here.

That’s religiously and scientifically proven that we must wake up before two hours from sunrise.

This is the best time to study and exercise these daily two hours well positive impact on our life and you will feel active your mind your eyes you will be completely change when you make it habit, but what we are doing and now the second most useless thing that we are doing and wasting our time and that is smartphone.

We have some important works like phone calls learning through apps websites or videos and some other works that’s okay this is the right way of using mobile phones but now we are going to clear that what is the bad use of smartphones.

Number one games playing is not bad it’s entertainment and you can har money or be popular with gaming but there is another way of playing games that is totally wasting time and that is an in a free time playing games in hours and hours and then we are wasting time with social media like watching useless videos on Facebook tik Tok Snapchat etc

If you have work then it’s not bad or if you are a creator uploading videos then you are a star but if you just watching videos for your time pass then it’s very bad there are some other time wasting activities
